The ₹99 live masterclass
The ₹99 payment is a commitment fee that reserves your place in a scheduled live session. If you cannot attend, contact us before the session and we will move your booking to the next available Sunday. Refund requests must be sent from the email address used at checkout to info@theparadoxshiftmodel.com.
Paid programmes
For any paid programme purchased from The Paradox Shift Model, a refund request must be raised within 7 days of purchase and before more than 25% of the programme content has been accessed. Requests must be sent from the email address used at the time of purchase.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway charges, applicable taxes and any bonuses already consumed may be deducted where permitted.
Non-refundable items
One-to-one sessions already delivered, downloadable resources already accessed, and programmes purchased under an explicitly non-refundable offer are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation or rescheduling by us
If we cancel a session, you will be moved to the next available session or offered a full refund of the ₹99 commitment fee. Dates and timings may change, and registered participants are notified by email or WhatsApp.
